Marinade liver for 20 minutes in 1/2 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp. turmeric powder, and 1 tbsp. coriander powder.
Heat oil in pan, add chopped onions.
Add salt.
Saute until tender, and add 1 1/2 tbsp. red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, and saute until the raw flavour is removed.
Add 1 tbsp. coriander powder and chopped tomatoes.
Cover and cook until soft.
Add marinated liver.
Cook on low for 10-15 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp. garam masala and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add butter or ghee.
Add green chillies.
