Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kg Chicken liver


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 4 chopped tomatoes


  • 3 medium-sized red onions


  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 3 sliced chillies


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp coriander

Directions

  • Marinade liver for 20 minutes in 1/2 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp. turmeric powder, and 1 tbsp. coriander powder.
  • Heat oil in pan, add chopped onions.
  • Add salt.
  • Saute until tender, and add 1 1/2 tbsp. red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, and saute until the raw flavour is removed.
  • Add 1 tbsp. coriander powder and chopped tomatoes.
  • Cover and cook until soft.
  • Add marinated liver.
  • Cook on low for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add 1 tbsp. garam masala and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Add butter or ghee.
  • Add green chillies.
